Each session includes gentle stretching to release tension in the neck, shoulders, hips, and back; simple strengthening movements to support posture and mobility; breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and improve focus; a relaxed closing to promote rest and overall well-being.
Perfect for beginners, returning practitioners, and anyone seeking a peaceful movement practice without strain. Modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Come as you are - leave feeling centered, refreshed and grounded.
Please bring a mat, towel, water and socks (no bare feet).
