Spring has sprung! Usher in spring with Sweetflour LLC for an evening of cookie decorating! This class is perfect for beginners and experienced cookiers and promises to bring smiles to all as you learn how to use this royal icing medium to decorate your very own sweet set of spring gardening themed cookies!

The class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length. During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set cookies. All materials are provided. You will leave class with a basic understanding of how to decorate with royal icing and have the confidence to apply these skills at home! Class sizes are limited to 12 participants and may sell out before registration closes. Due to limited seating, only those attendees with a paid registration will be allowed to attend.
