What a wonderful way to celebrate “Mom” by creating this beautiful set of cookies just in time for Mother’s Day. Guided by Sweetflour LLC, you will receive step-by-step instructions as you  decorate this lovely set of cookies. You will also receive instruction on how to use a few decorator tips to create the rosettes on your cookies. This class promises to bring smiles to all while learning how to use royal icing to decorate cookies in class as well as how to  apply this new skill at home!

The class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length. During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set cookies. All materials are provided. You will leave class with a basic understanding of how to decorate with royal icing and have the confidence to apply these skills at home! Class sizes are limited to 12 participants and may sell out before registration closes. Due to limited seating, only those attendees with a paid registration will be allowed to attend.
