This well-rounded yoga class is designed to support your whole body and mind. Through mindful movement and gentle strengthening, you will build muscle, improve balance, and increase flexibility — all while releasing stress and tension.
Each class includes simple breathing techniques and flowing stretches that help calm the nervous system, improve posture, and boost overall energy. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class offers a supportive space to move at your own pace and reconnect with your body.
Leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply refreshed — both physically and mentally. Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a notepad, a pen, and an eye mask or scarf.
