During Kid Chemist's Kitchen Chemistry Week, students explore the science behind everyday foods through delicious, hands-on experiments that make chemistry come alive.  Your chemist will experiment with edible reactions, emulsions, acids and bases, and chemical changes that occur in cooking and food science.  Through multiple interactive experiments using real chemistry tools, students learn how ingredients react, transform, and combine- building a strong foundation in core chemistry concepts while turning learning into a fun, tasty, and unforgettable experience.  Ages 4 - 15.
