Haunted Hallows Cookie Decorating Class

Happy Haunting Halloween! Come join Audrey Edwards from Sweetflour LLC for a chilling evening of cookie decorating as you create this ghoulish Halloween themed sugar cookie set!

Class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length.  During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set of the five cookies. You will be provided everything needed to decorate your cookies from start to finish.

This class will focus on the following decorating techniques:
•sectioning
•wet-on-wet
•tipless piping-work
•detailing with decorator tip
•royal icing transfers

Participants will leave class with a basic understanding of cookie decorating, and with the confidence of how to apply these skills to cookies at home!
