Facility Use Requests
BUILDING RENTAL HOURS
Facilities are available upon request only during regular building rental hours. During days when school is not in session, both rental/custodial times will vary from this schedule. Facilities are also available on weekends and during the summer. Hours and availability are subject to change.
Elementary School: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Novi Meadows: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Middle School: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM
High School: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(HS and MS Auditoriums* are closed in July)
All Schools Saturday and Sunday hours 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM

FACILITY PRICING**


**Prices are per hour unless stated otherwise. All renters must provide liability insurance*. An application fee is also required for all rentals, the cost is $25. Additional fees such as custodial, supervisory or maintenance may be incurred depending on the type of use as well as group needs/size. Novi Community School District, through the Community Education Office, has the right to assess fees as deemed necessary.
Requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to your anticipated use. Please allow 2 business days for a response. If approved, an estimate of cost will be included on your Arux rental account.
Modifications to approved permits must be requested at least 7 days prior the approved date.
ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPROVED DATE ARE SUBJECT TO PAY RENTAL CHARGES.
*New Auditorium rental customers must make a 75% deposit based off of their estimated costs.
*Liability Insurance
All non-district groups are required to provide a certificate of Liability insurance in the amount to $1,000,000 per occurrence and also name Novi Community School District as 2nd insurer.
