You'll leave class with a basic understanding of the art of royal icing decorating, and the confidence in knowing how to apply these skills to your home baking adventures perfect for this Easter holiday season! The class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length. During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set cookies. All materials are provided. You will leave class with a basic understanding of how to decorate with royal icing and have the confidence to apply these skills at home!
