This developmental drama class will include a wide range of creative activities that promote leadership, communication skills, public speaking & self-confidence. Build a foundation of drama skills such as projection, articulation, dramatic movement, & improvisation. Make magic happen during group scenes then take the spotlight in an imaginative solo scene! Give your child the gift of drama this fall. Each class is 60 minutes with 5 min intro game, 5 min speech warm up, 5-10 min movement without speaking, 40 min main lesson and 5 min exit game. We will conclude the 9 weeks with a showcase for the parents to watch.

In this class, we will be inspired by art created by Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet, Jackson Pollock and Pablo Picasso. We will recreate famous works of art like Van Gogh's Vase with Twelve Sunflowers, Monet's Bridge at Giverny, Pollock's splatter painting and many others, all on real canvas boards.
