Trick or Treat was never so sweet!! Come join Audrey Edwards from Sweetflour LLC for a “BOO” of an evening decorating a set of your very own 6 “spooktacular”  Halloween themed sugar cookies! The class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length.  During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set of the six cookies. You will be provided everything needed to decorate your cookies from start to finish. 

This class will focus on the following decorating techniques:

•sectioning

•wet-on-wet

•tipless piping-work

•lettering techniques

•royal icing transfers

Participants will leave class with a basic understanding of cookie decorating, and with the confidence of how to apply these skills to cookies at home!

Royal Icing in Various Consistencies and Colors

1 Laminated Practice Sheet

1 Boo-Boo Stick

 Photo of finished cookies and step-by-step guide to getting there

Class sizes are limited to 12 participants and may sell out before registration closes. Due to limited seating, only those attendees with a paid registration will be allowed to attend.
