The Mindful Microbe: Yoga & Gut Health for Everyone

Your gut is home to trillions of tiny microbes that influence digestion, immunity, mood, and energy — and what you eat plays a big role in keeping them healthy. In this nurturing class, we’ll explore how food choices, movement, and breath work together to support a balanced gut.

You’ll learn simple, easy-to-understand information about gut-friendly foods, daily habits, and how stress affects digestion, along with gentle stretches and calming breathwork you can start using right away. This session blends education with embodied practice, so you don’t just learn — you feel the difference.  Perfect for anyone curious about digestion, bloating, energy, or overall wellness — no yoga experience required.  Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a notepad, a pen, and an eye mask or
scarf.

The workshop will provide a tongue cleaner.
