The Deep Rest Reset: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This calming class is designed to help your body shift out of stress and into true rest — the foundation of better sleep. You will learn how the nervous system affects your ability to fall and stay asleep, along with simple breathwork and relaxation techniques you can use at bedtime or anytime you feel overwhelmed.
Through supported restorative yoga and guided Yoga Nidra, your body is gently guided into a state similar to deep sleep, allowing tension to melt away and the mind to quiet. These practices help reduce racing thoughts, calm the stress response, and train your body to relax more easily — making it easier to fall asleep and wake feeling more refreshed.
This class blends understanding with experience, giving you tools you can begin using right away for more peaceful, restorative sleep. Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a notepad, a pen, an eye mask or scarf and a light blanket.
