This is a very high energy class which is designed for children to learn respect, discipline, confidence, flexibility, balance, coordination, health, fun and fitness. Students will be introduced to basic blocking, punching and kicking techniques. Please send your child in loose fitting clothing to help ensure they excel in the environment.Make up sessions are available for any missed classes.
