C.A.R.EPROGRAM INFORMATION Consistent Scheduling & Monthly Invoicing for Child C.A.R.E Services We are moving to a consistent schedule model. This means your child will attend C.A.R.E on the same days each week throughout the school year. For example, a child may be scheduled every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In addition to the consistent schedule, we are also transitioning to a monthly invoicing process. Invoices will be sent on the 20th of each month and are due by the 25th—both occurring in the month prior to C.A.R.E. Please note that once invoices have been sent, schedule changes to remove dates cannot be made. You may submit schedule changes up until invoices are issued. If the 20th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, invoices will be sent the Friday before. All schedule changes will be submitted as pending and will need to be approved by staff, this can take up to 2 business days. Rates for the 2026-2027 school year TBD Please note there are additional fees when adding days to the consistent schedule Preschool CARE The following forms must be fully completed and on file with Child C.A.R.E Services. Must be complete by your child’sfirst day of attendance, failure to comply will result in dismissal for the C.A.R.E program: 1. Child Information Record with all spaces filled in (required by State of Michigan licensing)2. CARE Agreement Form BOTH FORMS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE ON THE NOVI COMMUNITY EDUCATION WEBSITE SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION 2026 Registration begins on April 9th, 2026 at 8:00 am Location: Deerfield Elementary School Time: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Rates: $100.00 Registration fee, $65.00 Daily RateAll registrations are initially marked as pending. After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirming that your submission has been received. A second email will be sent once your registration has been reviewed and accepted. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until you receive the second email indicating that your contract has been approved. Schedule: Participants must commit to a consistent weekly schedule, attending at least two days per week for a minimum of 6 out of the 8 weeks in the program. The full summer schedule must be submitted at the time of registration. One schedule change may be requested up until May 29th. Billing for June 15th through July 15th will go out June 3rd and is due June 8th, July 16th through August 5th billing will go out July 1st and is due by July 6th.Child Care Program -

Karate & Ninja Obstacle Course Summer CampPhysical ActivityLooking for an exciting, active, and confidence-building summer camp for your child? Join us for an action-packed Karate & Ninja Obstacle Course Summer Camp, where students will train like martial artists, move like ninjas, and build skills that last far beyond the week. Throughout the week, campers will participate in daily karate instruction in the traditional martial art of Tang Soo Do, focusing on discipline, focus, respect, and confidence. At the end of the camp, all participants will have the opportunity to test for their official, certified Yellow Belt, making this a meaningful milestone. Each day also features out Ninja Obstacle Course training, where campers will help build and conquer creative obstacle challenges designed to improve athleticism, coordination, balance, strength, and teamwork- all while having a blast. In addition to karate and ninja training, campers will enjoy a full schedule of fun and engaging activities, including: Outdoor play and fitness time Team-building and "get-to-know-you" activities Outdoor lunch time (bring your own lunch) Rest/short movie time Games and challenges Water activities (weather permitting) This camp is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning all day, while promoting confidence, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a safe and encouraging environment.
