NewPuppy KindergartenEnrichmentIf you have a puppy between the ages of 16 weeks and 6 months, this is the ideal opportunity to come and learn some basic obedience skills such as walking nicely on the leash, dealing with distractions, sit, down, and recall. The training will be positive reinforcement-based which means no e-collars, prong collars, choke chains. We also request no retractable leashes. NewSki Chalet Cookie Decorating ClassArts & CraftsThe slopes are calling! Why not bring the slopes to you in cookie form? Come relax with Audrey Edwards from Sweetflour LLC and practice the art of royal icing cookie decorating as you design this Ski Chalet themed cookie set! By the end of class, you feel like a FoodNetwork baking winner and have new skills to prove it. Your sweet treats are sure to impress family and friends alike! The class is going to be roughly 2.5 - 3 hours in length. During class, participants will be given tips on how to bake a beautiful cut-out cookie that doesn't spread and tips on how to make various consistencies of royal icing while learning different decorating techniques as you outline, flood, and detail your own set cookies. All materials are provided. You will leave class with a basic understanding of how to decorate with royal icing and have the confidence to apply these skills at home! Class sizes are limited to 12 participants and may sell out before registration closes. Due to limited seating, only those attendees with a paid registration will be allowed to attend. Please be sure to check your calendar and the date of the class before registering. Registration will close 2 full days prior to class. NewStrolling the Streets of Italy's Cities and TownsEnrichmentThroughout the history of the Italian peninsula, urban, rural, and regional centers have played a pivotal role in the development of Italian culture. Whether hubs of trade and commerce, models of artistic expression and religious faith, seats of power, or nurturers of knowledge, these centers represent Italy’s defining cultural themes. In this class, Marcella Corona will lead us on a journey to some of the most famous of these centers – to Rome, Venice, Florence, and Naples. She will also take us to some of Italy’s lesser known towns and villages. We will visit Cassino, with its extraordinary abbey and World War II battle site, and Alberobello, with its unique prehistory trulli buildings. We will also visit the villages of Monteriggioni for a step back into medieval times, Patricia, a picturesque mountain village in Lazio, and Paestum, with its temples and ruins of an ancient Greek colony.Winter 2026 -
